Dear Faith Preschool Parents,
Welcome to Faith Preschool & Kindergarten! We look forward to another amazing school year and wanted to share some important information about upcoming dates and our Procare app.
Orientation will take place on Thursday, August 10th. This is a great time to meet your child's teacher, see their classroom, and friends. Your child's teacher will be reaching out to you the first week of August with a welcome email, orientation schedule, and class information. Please make sure we have your correct email address on file, so you can receive up-to-date information.
Our first day of school is Friday, August 11th. Our school day begins at 8:45am and ends at 12:15pm. Our extended day programs (Early Morning, Lunch Bunch, and Stay & Play) will begin on the first day of school. I have attached our 2023-24 school year calendar for your convenience.
Our school uses the Procare app for check-in/ check out, making tuition payments, and communication with teachers and staff. You will need to download the Procare app on your phone and set up a profile for your child either on the app or Procare website. You will receive an email from Procare with a unique 10-digit code and instructions on how to download and log into the app. I have attached a Powerpoint as an introduction to the Procare system. Please create your account by 6/23 to ensure timely communication. Current students do not need to create a new profile, however please make sure your Procare account is up-to-date.
Please make note, the supply fee is due July 1st and your first invoice/payment will take place via Procare.
